A NEW FORM OF SUPPORT FOR LIFE-CENTRED LEADERS, COMBINING FOUNDATIONAL LEARNING, COLLABORATIVE HACKING, AND ONE-TO-ONE WORK WITH STUDIO FOUNDER, ANDRES ROBERTS

We live in urgent times, and there is much important work to do, but we cannot make the changes we want to make alone.
LIFE SYSTEM STUDIO’S PRACTICE CIRCLES have been designed to offer the best possible help we can to the people leading the way towards Life-Centred progress and change.
Designed to fit into busy lives and projects, each Circle consists of a close-knit working journey combining four foundational learning sessions, three collaborative ‘hacking sessions’, and five one-to-one moments with STUDIO founder, Andres Roberts, offering personalised, genuinely-caring support.
The journey is complemented by recorded exercises and meditations to do in your own time, and each participant is offered a space on a Life-Centred Resilience online retreat, as well as 12 months access to our Club.

RECONNECTING TO LIFE, TAKING CARE OF SELF, MAKING MORE POSSIBLE TOGETHER
At the STUDIO we get that Life-Centred work is hard. In the backdrop of a turbulent and rupturing world, it can feel lonely and bewildering to be leading the way alone. We also know that to see the impact we want to see in the world, it is more and more important to make space, ground and reset ourselves.
This dynamic is at the heart of our PRACTICE CIRCLES. They weave personal work to support perspective, balance and coherence with more active moments to support ideas, actions and impact back in our work. More than often, we are sure more magic will happen from the connections that are made as a group.
We also know that it’s not easy to carve out time in life for reflection and learning, so we have designed this programme around seven 2.5 hour sessions, held on Fridays, spread out across 3 months (you can do it!). The one-to-one moments are then flexible, with added help from optional recordings and meditations to do in your own time.
The programme is offered at three prices: £3500 for Larger Businesses and those with Abundant Means; £2750 as a Standard Price; and £1750 as an access price for projects on lower incomes or to support wider geographic access.
We are hosting two circles in 2027, one starting in January and the second in September. The process is by application, with deadlines for registration three weeks before each start.

4 FOUNDATIONAL SESSIONS
The four content sessions are moments working on foundational ideas, models and dynamics related to Life-Centred progress. Each session balances valuable stories and models with tools and prompts to deepen personal ‘inner’ development.
Session 1: Transitions, Purpose, Connection
Exploring the landscapes and transitions we are navigating, and revisiting ideas of purpose, ambition and position.
Making time to explore capacities for presence, connection and systemic awareness in this moment.
Setting intention and inquiry for the journey ahead.
Session 2: Facing the Unknown, Cultivating Resilience
Making time to explore how we meet a more uncertain future.
Exploring the stories of how we think and feel the future in our lives and work.
Also coming back to tools and principles that sustain healthy life systems.
Session 3: Alternative Structures and Working with Power
A session exploring alternative structures and forms of organisation to support life-centred work - and how these relate to a more complex world.
Linking this to ideas of how we see and work with power in our systems.
Coming back to explore what Life-Centred Power is within ourselves.
Session 4: Coherence and Resetting Patterns
The final topic session centres on what integrity and coherence mean as we navigate today, aligning values, ideas, actions to how we imagine a Life-Centred world.
Taking time in this session to also come back to intentions and shifts, and explore how to continue shifting patterns in systems within us and around us.
HOW THE JOURNEY IS STRUCTURED
FIVE 1:1 SESSIONS
The five one-to-one moments with Andres are opportunities to work more deeply with personal intentions, questions and shifts.
In these moments Andres looks to really ‘travel alongside’ - bringing forward ideas, tools and practices from many aspects of Life-Centred work that might be helpful and relevant.
The one-to-one process starts with an initial set of questions to tune into how to work together best.
Where possible, cost and geography permitting, Andres will try to make at least one meeting in-person.
THREE ‘HACKING’ SESSIONS
The journey includes three moments where we give time to work on the real-life questions and challenges we work on as a group
In each moment taking time to ‘dive deep’ into 2 or 3 themes at the centre of one of the groups work, exploring it through ideas that have emerged as well as the collective wisdom of the group
The ‘hacking’ process is further supported with an online space for the group to continue sharing ideas, updates, encouragement and support.

12 month membership to Life System Studio Club from when the Circle Journey starts.

HOW TO APPLY
As it is important to meet and connect before starting, and mutually check if working together is a right fit, we invite applications for the Circle Journey, along with a call with Andres.
We offer drop in calls to come and meet and find out more before submitting an application.
Once we start, a first step is a longer questionnaire to help set out what each participant is working with, and how they feel they would like to be supported.
