Payments are processed through the payment facilities made available through our website.

We may receive information such as the amount paid, payment status, transaction reference, billing information and limited payment card details supplied by the payment provider.

We do not intend to store full payment card details ourselves. Payment card information is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy information.

  • Audio, video or other identifiable contributions where a session is recorded and appropriate arrangements have been made.

We do not intend to record every session. Recording arrangements will be explained for the relevant programme.

Squarespace provides our website and booking infrastructure. Information submitted through the website may be processed by Squarespace and its relevant service providers.

7.2 Video conferencing and learning platforms

We use Zoom and Notion to support programme delivery.

Depending on the programme, these services may process participant names, account details, contributions, attendance information, learning materials and recordings.

7.3 Payment providers

The payment provider or providers used through our website will process payment information to complete transactions and support payment security.

The specific providers will be identified in this notice once our website payment configuration has been confirmed.

7.4 Facilitators and programme contributors

We may share relevant participant information with guest facilitators, associates or other people involved in delivering a programme, where necessary for its proper delivery.

We will limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary.
