WHAT TO EXPECT
Two days to step back, reconnect with life, and explore new possibilities for the world.
We treat these two days as an online retreat. A chance to give yourself space away from the everyday, connect with the world around you, and spend time with ideas and practices that can support the work you care about.
Across the two days, we'll weave together practical tools, models, stories, personal reflection, time in nature and conversations with others. We'll look at the bigger systems we're part of, and explore how we can bring different possibilities into the projects, organisations and communities we work with.
And we'll make space to reconnect with the living world around us, and find a little more clarity, courage and confidence for the work ahead.
WHAT WE COVER
Exploring the landscapes of our times
What's changing in the world, and what landscapes are we navigating? Explore the polycrisis, the stories shaping human progress, and the new possibilities emerging around us. We'll look at where change is happening, where it might lead, and how we can find our place in the transitions of our times.
Learning from life itself
Life has been finding ways to adapt, evolve, collaborate and flourish for billions of years. Explore the patterns and dynamics of living systems, and discover how their wisdom might inform the way we approach change, leadership and the work of creating something new.
Working with alternative forms of structure and power
If we're to create different forms of progress, we need different ways of organising, relating and working with power. Explore emerging organisational forms, social models of power and life-connected approaches to structure, and consider how these might take shape in our own projects and systems.
Finding our place in the work
Take time to reflect on your own story, the systems you're part of, and where you might place your energy. Explore how we meet uncertainty, stay grounded through change, and find the courage and clarity to keep working towards what matters.
Sharing knowledge and ideas
Bring your own experiences, questions and experiments into the mix. Share knowledge with others working towards regenerative change, learn from different perspectives, and explore the ideas and possibilities that emerge when we work things out together.
